Class Q Permitted Development Tiverton – This policy allows for the conversion of an agricultural building to a dwelling. The challenge was to make the building interesting inside and not to feel like you’re in a former agricultural building. This has been achieved by creating 2 false vaulted ceilings on each side of the building, along with the organic curved walls that flow from the entrance and then wrap around the spiral stairs. Other features such as large windows and a sliding wall door that divides or open up the space, make this building very homely.
